Our Shipping Policy

All of our items are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. 

Our handling time is usually 1 business day. For example, if your payment is cleared on Friday, we will ship on the following Monday (if Monday is a Holiday, then it will ship on Tuesday).

Orders are shipped via United States Parcel Services or UPS depending on the shipping service requested and the cost will be calculated at checkout. 

Below are the shipping services that we offer and its estimated transit times. 

 Standard US Shipping 3 - 12 Business days
 Priority US Shipping 4 - 6 Business days
 Express US Shipping 2 - 4 Business days
* International Shipping 15 - 25 Business days
 APO/FPO & US Territories 18 - 32 business days

 

* For international shipment, the buyer is responsible for all custom and clearance fees at destination country. 

 

Our Return Policy

  •  If you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a refund or a store credit within 30 days of the delivered date.
  •  We will not accept any returns after 30 days.
  • Items must be in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way.
  • Returned items must be unused, unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from dirt, makeup, odor, pet fur, deodorant, or wear)
  • Please send back in a good packaging with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given refund.
  • Please allow us 3-5 business days for return processing. You will receive the refund in your same payment account that you used for purchasing.  
  • Original shipping fees are non- refundable.

Additional Return Information for INTERNATIONAL, APO/FPO Box addresses

  • We do not cover return shipping for International, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses. Please send the items to our Los Angeles address: 1458 S San Pedro Street, Unit 304 Los Angeles, CA 90015.
  • Include your invoice in the return package.
  • Please allow us 3-5 business days for the return to be processed.
  • We are not able to process exchanges for International orders.
